Yoga
Enjoy a combination of Flow Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Gentle Yoga Classes that lengthen and strengthen your body, focus on algnment and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Fusion
Fusion Fit, Cardio Sculpt and Pilates/Barre Fusion: Low impact, high-intensity classes emphaszing cardio bursts, dynamic movements and interval training.
