From Classical Ballet to Jazz and Modern, dance has been the cornerstone of Britt’s love of movement & physical fitness. Certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates, Britt is an instructor who loves to see her clients gain strength and body confidence. Her Barre classes are a fusion of dance, body sculpting and isometric movements coming together for one “kick-butt” workout!

  • A 45 minute express barre class. The perfect fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Weight training and Ballet. Sculpt your body from head to toe with a mixture of dance moves, isometric and targeting bar exercises.
