Join us for an exclusive 4 week Small Group Training Series! Only 6 people per class to ensure personal attention!

The twice weekly sessions are based on fundamental bodyweight strength training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). Sessions include a mobility warm-up,  a strength and toning component, metabolic conditioning and cardio, and a core "sprint".

Policies:

  • Class reservations open 1 week in advance
  • There must be an open package to reserve a class (reformer classes are not included in group class membership)
  • There is a 6 hour cancellation policy.  Session is forfeited if client cancels less than 6 hours in advance
  • New students to the Pilates Reformer must take a 30 min intro session for $25 to participate in group classes or be cleared by the studio.
  • Grip socks must be worn
