to REAL people with REAL bodies!

What Makes Our Program Different?

1. REAL Yoga:

2. Experienced Teachers:
Our head teachers are career Yogis.  This is not a side job for them. They are all E-RYT and have completed extensive trainings, certifications and degrees.

3. In-Depth Workshops: Receive intensive workshops in Pre-natal Yoga, Meditation and Restorative Yoga.

4. Master Yogi Guest Teacher: Rina Jakubowicz (@rinayoga) will be joining us for 2 workshops that are included in this training! "A Yoga Symphony: Technique, Skill and Improvisation for Teachers' AND "Adjusting, Assisting and Advancing Your Students".

Testimonials From Past Students and Clients

"Diana is a very special teacher, dedicated with passion to teach you what Yoga means, the union between body, soul and spirit. She is delicate, clear, she cares about each one of us who pay to be there; Not only does she do it by routine, she enjoys and makes us enjoy each class.  Diana accepts my body and my hope to feel good about myself on the outside and inside.  She taught me that it is not about making the effort to be the best in class, it is about being you and knowing your body and exploring in
your capacity."

Beatriz Adriana Gutierrez, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, believes yoga is a practical tool to heal our bodies, find our breath and enliven our spirits. She steps onto her mat each day as both a student and a teacher. She completed her 500 hour Vinyasa Krama TT with Ruslan Kleytman, Hathavidya Level II 500 hour TT with Will Duprey and 200 hour TT with Mariano Ardissone. She traveled to India to study at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and Himalayan Yoga Academy. These journeys were the source and foundation for her passions of yoga, art and spirituality. Adriana studied in Florence, Italy at the Angel Academy where she mastered oil painting in classic realism. Her yoga techniques are art in motion. She shares yoga as the tool for enhancing human potential to keep the body and mind in harmony.  Beatriz Adriana holds a degree in Fashion Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. She always makes herself available to her students that are a combination of all ages and abilities. There is a very special one on one feeling of attention that she shares with students that work with her.
"Teach... what is inside you, not as it applies to you, but as it applies to the other..." T. Krishnamacharya.
