200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Welcome to the Inner Balance Yoga Teacher Training Program. Whether you are looking to take your practice to the next level, deepen your knowledge or embark on a career as a Yoga Teacher, our 200 hour program is the place to start! You will be led on this journey by renowned and beloved teachers, Diana Dalton and Adriana Gutierrez as well as  Iana Malcolm, Nell Amos and Kayla Rodenhiser. Inner Balance Studio is a registered Yoga School through Yoga Alliance and our program strictly adheres to their guidelines. All trainees who successfully complete our training program will be recognized through Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour Yoga Teacher. The Inner Balance YTT teaches mindful, alignment focused Yoga. Students will benefit from workshops in Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga.

 


2017 Schedule:
September 29 - December 10
11 Week Program ( 1 week off during Thanksgiving)

Fridays: 5:30-8:30pm
Saturdays: 1-7pm
Sundays: 10:45am-6:45pm
